Time to share my culiniary skills...
1)so i picked the chawal dabha...and it was time to remeber my maths teacher....the approximations.....round...everything blogging my head...for each person i took small katori of chawal n put that in Patila....
2)then its time to wash them...if u r really person like rathi(who argues that there shuld be MacDonald in Rishikesh becoz its hygenic ) then wash them three or four times....
3)Then comes the biggest chalenge of putting the water....here is the golden rule..take ur middle finger n vertically place over rice then pour water till it reaches the first partition of finger(i guess u know that God has given us Some lines on our fingers which i refer as partition..if its nt there then forget to cook rice..becoz u dnt have natural calibration.. u dnt have rite to cook rice).
4)nw place the Patila over burner nt at gas(i guess u know basic difference between gas n burner....)
5) cover the Patila wid Plate ..... and switch on the burner(pls check that u have switch on the burner on which u have put plate)
6)Dnt try to peep in Patila beoz it may be dangerous ....
7) nw after 10 mins take the spoon n check if they r soft.... n there is no more water
8)u rice is ready..
i guess u vl try that....Dal in next article till in that eat rice with curd..belive me here(hyd)..the curd rice combination is considered superb....so i guess u learnt to make at least on south indian dish --CURD RICE.........................
